Tom Browning is a former Major League Baseball pitcher who played for the Cincinnati Reds from 1984 to 1994. He is best known for his outstanding performances during his time with the Reds, including being a key player in their 1990 World Series championship team. Browning was the first pitcher in Reds history to achieve eight consecutive wins, a record he set in 1989, which was recently matched by Chase Burns in a game against the New York Yankees.
