Tom Steels is a former professional cyclist from Belgium and currently serves as a directeur sportif for the Soudal Quick-Step cycling team. He has a wealth of experience in the sport, having won multiple races during his competitive career, and recently provided strategic guidance that helped Paul Magnier secure victory in the first stage of the Volta ao Algarve.
