Tomás Gálvez is a Peruvian lawyer and former Supreme Prosecutor who gained attention after the Constitutional Tribunal reinstated him to his position, reversing his earlier dismissal linked to the 'Cuellos Blancos del Puerto' corruption case. He is also the founder and president of the political party Peruanos Unidos ¡Somos Libres! and a presidential candidate, although his return to the judiciary may require him to renounce his political aspirations due to legal incompatibilities between the roles.
