Tomas Starodubcevas

Tomas Starodubcevas, a 24-year-old Lithuanian, pleaded guilty to robbing Andrea Bartlett during her visit to Ireland. The court heard that he had been following the couple for some time before violently attacking Ms. Bartlett and stealing her handbag, which resulted in serious injuries for the elderly tourist.
