Tomy Michael

Tomy Michael is the Head of the Center for Publication and Intellectual Property at LPPM and a lecturer at the Faculty of Law at Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya. He has been in the news for discussing the implications of marriage laws in Indonesia, particularly focusing on the legal requirement for spouses to love and respect each other as stated in Article 33 of the Marriage Law No. 1/1974, and how this has evolved over the past fifty years.
