Tống Hải Nam

Tống Hải Nam served as the former Director General of the Department of Overseas Labor Management under the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam. He has recently been implicated in a corruption scandal involving bribery related to the approval of labor export permits, where he allegedly received substantial sums from businesses seeking to facilitate labor export to South Korea.
