Toni Guerra

Toni Guerra is the current Secretary General of the Andorran Olympic Committee (COA). He has been involved in negotiations and discussions aimed at resolving conflicts between the COA and the Andorran Swimming Federation (FAN), particularly regarding issues of athlete representation at international competitions.
