Tonique Williams

Tonique Williams is a former Bahamian quarter-miler and Olympic gold medalist, renowned for her achievements in track and field, including winning gold in the women's 400 meters at the 2004 Athens Olympics and the 2005 World Championships. After her athletic career, she transitioned into media and public relations, and she has recently been selected as one of four commentators for the 2025 World Athletics Championships in Tokyo, marking a significant new chapter in her career.
