Tony Ephraim

Tony Ephraim is the Deputy Director of Planning, Research and Forecasting at the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) in Nigeria. He recently assured the agency's Director-General of the commitment of the newly activated National Emergency Operations Centre to effectively monitor, collect data, and manage information related to flood emergencies and other climate-related hazards as part of the agency's proactive measures for the 2026 flood season.
