Toto Mint Yaakoub

Toto Mint Yaakoub is the regional director of social work, childhood, and family in the Brakna region of Mauritania. She has been actively involved in initiatives aimed at improving early childhood education and social services in her area. Recently, she oversaw the distribution of new equipment to 32 kindergartens, emphasizing the importance of enhancing learning and recreational conditions for young children as part of a broader effort supported by the government to develop preschool education.
