Toumani Sangaré

Toumani Sangaré is the President of the Special Delegation of the commune of Tibga, recognized for his leadership during challenging times marked by insecurity and fiscal challenges. Under his guidance, the commune managed to mobilize over 131 million F CFA for operational expenses and more than 186 million for investments in 2024. His efforts have been acknowledged with a performance certificate from the Cellule d’appui à la décentralisation et à la participation citoyenne (CADEPAC). Sangaré is committed to improving local governance and addressing community needs, including the establishment of a local radio station.
