Tracy Lee
Tracy Lee is a survivor of a horrific gang rape incident that occurred when she was just 15 years old. Her experience highlights the challenges faced by victims of sexual violence, particularly in their interactions with law enforcement. After initially being discouraged from pursuing her case by police, she spent years in therapy coming to terms with the trauma she endured. In 2019, her case was reopened, but due to the destruction of critical evidence, it could not be pursued. Tracy has since become an advocate for victims' rights, speaking out about the inadequacies in police handling of sexual assault cases and the need for systemic reform to ensure a victim-centric approach.
