Trần Cao Minh Trí is a 56-year-old Vietnamese driver from Phan Thiết who was involved in a tragic accident while transporting tourists. He was the only Vietnamese on a 16-seat service vehicle carrying 11 Russian tourists when a rock fell from a construction vehicle, striking the passengers and resulting in one fatality. Following the incident, he quickly returned to provide assistance and transport the injured to the hospital.
