Trần Kim Thạch

Trần Kim Thạch is the Head of the Water Quality Management Department at the Saigon Water Supply Corporation (Sawaco). He is responsible for overseeing water quality inspections across various residential areas in Ho Chi Minh City, ensuring that water supplied to residents meets health and safety standards. Recently, he has been actively involved in a comprehensive assessment of water quality in nearly 1,000 apartment complexes, addressing concerns raised by residents regarding contamination and safety.
