Trần Quốc Tân

Trần Quốc Tân is the former chairman of the Board of Directors of Tân Tân Joint Stock Company, a leading peanut processing company in Vietnam. Recently, he was placed in temporary detention for failing to comply with a court ruling and is also accused of tax evasion. Tân has been embroiled in legal disputes regarding corporate governance and shareholder rights, particularly following a lawsuit filed by a minority shareholder.
