Trần Xuân Nhương

Trần Xuân Nhương is the Head of the Department of Education and Training in Quỳnh Lưu District, Nghệ An, Vietnam. He was recently in the news for coordinating with local authorities to address an incident where a parent physically assaulted two teachers at Tân Thắng Primary and Secondary School.
