Trần Xuân Thủy

Trần Xuân Thủy, a 42-year-old man from Nghệ An, was recently involved in a series of four traffic accidents after driving under the influence of alcohol. Following a night of drinking, he crashed into several vehicles and a cyclist, resulting in one fatality and multiple injuries. Despite his car sustaining a flat tire, he continued to flee the scene for approximately 35 kilometers before being apprehended by authorities.
