Triaana Hafiz

Triaana Hafiz is a transgender model and activist who moved to Dhaka in 2023 in search of acceptance and opportunities. After facing discrimination and harassment in her hometown of Khulna, Hafiz found a supportive community in the capital and began her modeling career. Despite hopes for more inclusivity following the student protests in 2024, she has witnessed an increase in discrimination against transgender individuals. Hafiz advocates for legal reforms to protect the rights of diverse gender identities and promote a society where everyone can live with dignity.
