Truong Hong Vinh, a 61-year-old flower grower from An Nhon Bac, has dedicated over 30 years to cultivating mai flowers. Unfortunately, his recent efforts were severely impacted by Typhoon Kalmaegi and subsequent flooding, which caused extensive damage to his 3,000 pots of mai, resulting in early blooming and significant financial loss. Vinh's investment of around 150 million VND is now at risk as he faces the prospect of not being able to sell his flowers for the upcoming Tet holiday.
