Trương Mạn Ngọc, also known as Tony Leung Chiu-Wai, is a renowned Hong Kong actress born on June 27, 1962. She gained fame after winning the title of 1st Runner-up in the Miss Hong Kong pageant in 1983 and subsequently entered the television industry with TVB.
