Tsai Cheng-yuan

Tsai Cheng-yuan is a former lawmaker of the Chinese Nationalist Party (KMT), who served in Taiwan's Legislative Yuan from 2002 to 2016. Recently, he made headlines by alleging that former Japanese vice defense minister Yasuhide Nakayama claimed that President William Lai intends to target him and others, amidst ongoing legal troubles related to his embezzlement conviction.
