Tshepang Tshube

Tshepang Tshube is an Associate Professor in the Department of Kinesiology and Health Promotion at the University of Kentucky. Recently in Botswana, he emphasized the need to discuss school sports as a technical issue rather than a political one, advocating for reforms in the governance of sports in the country. He pointed out the detrimental effects of politicizing school sports and stressed the importance of focusing on child development and education through sports. Tshube also raised concerns about doping in athletics and the need for a coordinated approach to sports governance in Botswana.
