Tulio Maruzzo

Tulio Maruzzo was a Franciscan friar known for his commitment to social justice in Guatemala. He was tragically murdered in 1980 in Izabal for his advocacy on behalf of the marginalized and his efforts to uphold the sacrament of confession, making him a martyr for his faith and a symbol of resistance against oppression.
