Tullio Terni

Tullio Terni was an Italian anatomist and a Jewish scholar who faced severe persecution under fascist laws in Italy. He was expelled from the university in 1938 due to anti-Semitic legislation and later suffered further ostracism after the war for his past associations. Terni's tragic life ended in suicide in 1946, a fate he had anticipated as he navigated the complexities of his identity and the socio-political landscape of his time.
