Turkish Azdin Wali

Turkish Azdin Wali is an engineer at the Kirkuk municipality who has been involved in efforts to reform waste management in the city. He has implemented a new plan to divide Kirkuk into two main sections to enhance cleaning operations and has reported significant progress in addressing the waste problem, thanks to new financial resources and additional personnel.
