Having started selling this local specialty around 15 years ago, she has become a staple in the community, attracting both locals and tourists with her unique recipe that features fish cakes and a rich broth made from fish bones. Her restaurant remains bustling well into the night, serving over 70 kilograms of bánh canh daily.
