Tyler Shelby

Tyler Shelby is an Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper who gained national attention for his heroic act of delivering a baby boy on the side of a highway in November 2023. While on patrol, he was called to assist a woman in active labor, and despite the unexpected nature of the situation, Shelby quickly stepped in to help. His calm demeanor and quick thinking allowed him to assist in the delivery before the ambulance arrived, showcasing his training and readiness to handle emergencies. After the delivery, he returned to his regular duties, demonstrating his commitment to serving the community.
