Tzippy Kastel

Tzippy Kastel is the sister of Rabbi Eli Schlanger, who was killed in a senseless act of violence while preparing for the Chanukah by the Sea event. Tzippy recalls her brother's vibrant spirit and his role as a loving father and community leader.
