Umberto Efeso

Umberto Efeso is a 57-year-old former transport worker who gained notoriety for murdering his ex-wife, Tiziana Vinci, in La Spezia, Italy. After a history of domestic abuse and stalking, he was under a protection order and wearing an electronic bracelet. However, after the device malfunctioned, he attacked Vinci with a knife before turning himself in to the authorities.
