Umid Mahmudovich Mamadaminov, born on January 24, 1983, in Jomboy District, Samarkand Region, is an Uzbek engineer and politician who has recently been appointed as the First Deputy Minister of Energy. He graduated from Tashkent State Technical University in 2006 and later earned a degree from Oregon Institute of Technology in 2015. Prior to his current role, he served as a Deputy Minister of Energy, contributing to the development and management of the energy sector in Uzbekistan.
