Umida Haqnazar is a legal expert and independent consultant specializing in international trade law. She actively participates in projects aimed at aligning Uzbekistan's national legislation with international standards, particularly in the fields of food safety and technical regulation. Haqnazar holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy in Tashkent, a Master's degree in International Law from Georgetown University in Washington, and is a Ph.D. candidate at the International Trade Institute of Bern University.
