UN Women

UN Women is a United Nations entity dedicated to gender equality and the empowerment of women. Established in 2010, it works globally to support initiatives that promote women's rights, enhance their economic opportunities, and ensure their full participation in political and public life. Recently, UN Women has been actively involved in Ukraine, where it has received support from Sweden to expand opportunities for women, especially in the context of challenges posed by conflict and social upheaval.
