The 61-year-old individual, referred to as the 'Greek Escobar,' has been implicated as the alleged mastermind behind a major cocaine trafficking operation. He was arrested while driving from Nea Michaniona to Katerini and has denied ownership of the fishing vessel involved in the drug smuggling, claiming it was sold in August 2025.
