Unknown Former Student

A former student of a technical institution in Kyiv, he was detained by Ukraine's security service for alleged espionage activities. In an effort to obtain sensitive documentation about Ukrainian missile technology, he reportedly attempted to recruit a local individual with connections to the defense sector.
