Unknown German Tourist
A 21-year-old German tourist has been in the news following his disappearance in the mountainous region of Chania, Greece, near the Samaria Gorge. He was last seen after leaving his rental car at the entrance to the gorge, which is currently closed. Search efforts involving the fire department and police have been underway since his disappearance on February 13th, with authorities focusing their search on specific areas including Omalos and Palaiochora.
