Unknown Hieromonk

He was recently implicated in a case involving the illegal trade of religious icons and artifacts. Born in 1962, he has been a part of the monastery for nearly three decades and became abbot in 2019. Despite being described by locals as mild-mannered and cheerful, he now faces serious legal challenges following his arrest in connection with an investigation into antiquities trafficking.
