Unknown Peruvian Doctor

A 65-year-old Peruvian doctor who led an unlicensed clinic in Rome, he is facing investigation for homicide following the tragic death of a 46-year-old Ecuadorian woman during a liposuction procedure. This clinic had been operating without a license since 2012 and the doctor had a history of legal issues related to previous cosmetic procedures.
