A 20-year-old Slovak man was detained in Vienna as part of an investigation into a terrorist cell suspected of planning an attack at a Taylor Swift concert. He is believed to have been in contact with two other individuals associated with the Islamic State, and although he traveled to Istanbul, there is currently no evidence linking him directly to the concert attack plans.
