A young mother from Ilfov was brutally attacked by her husband with multiple knife wounds after she had previously sought legal protection against him due to explicit threats he had made. Despite presenting evidence of these threats in court, including a video message where he threatened her life, the judicial system deemed it unnecessary for her husband to be monitored electronically. The incident, which occurred in February, highlights the severe risks faced by victims of domestic violence, particularly when their requests for protective measures are not adequately addressed.
