Uriel Hernández

Uriel Hernández, also known by his alias 'Shaka', was recently captured by investigators from the National Division Against Criminal Gang Development (Dipanda) in Santa Lucía Cotzumalguapa, Escuintla, for his alleged involvement in extorting heavy transport drivers on the Pacific route. He is accused of demanding illegal payments from truck drivers, a practice that has been reported by many victims in the region, and is believed to be linked to a broader criminal organization operating between Escuintla and Suchitepéquez.
