Uroš Lajovic

Uroš Lajovic is a renowned Slovenian conductor, celebrated for his contributions to music over a career spanning more than five decades. He has performed with prominent orchestras across Europe, Asia, and America, earning recognition as a leading figure in Slovenian musical art. Lajovic founded the Chamber Orchestra Slovenicum, promoting international recognition of Slovenian classical music, and has trained many successful conductors as a professor at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna. His scholarly work includes revisions of scores by Slovene composers and he has received numerous awards for his artistic achievements.
