Usman Ogbo

Usman Ogbo is the Rector of Kogi State Polytechnic in Lokoja, Nigeria. He has made significant strides in enhancing the institution's reputation and operational efficiency during his tenure. Under his leadership, the Polytechnic successfully averted 107 security threats in four years, showcasing his commitment to campus safety. Ogbo has also implemented new guidelines for textbook production and established the Academic Board Central Results Verification Committee, which improved the accuracy of student results. Additionally, he initiated the practice of producing annual reports for the Polytechnic, marking a historic first for the institution and ensuring better documentation and planning for its future.
