V Dakshinamoorthy

V Dakshinamoorthy is the Managing Director of the Tamil Nadu Water Supply and Drainage (TWAD) Board. He has recently been in the news for submitting a report to the National Green Tribunal (NGT) stating that no harmful microorganisms or sewage contamination were found in the water samples from Pallavaram, despite concerns over the deaths and illnesses linked to suspected water contamination.
