Vadim Lyashenko

Vadim Lyashenko is the head of the Latvian Football Federation (LFF) and has recently been in the news for stating that the federation cannot organize a tournament involving Belarus due to legislative and ethical concerns, amidst ongoing discussions with UEFA and other football authorities.
