Vadym Skibițki

Vadym Skibițki is the deputy head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense. He gained attention in recent reports for discussing the improvements made by Russian engineers in converting unguided bombs into precision-guided munitions, which significantly increase their operational range and effectiveness on the battlefield.
