Val Sorbie

Val Sorbie is a member of Calian Group Ltd.'s board of directors and is actively involved in the company's ongoing strategic review process. As part of a newly formed temporary committee of independent directors, Sorbie is tasked with facilitating oversight of initiatives to divest non-core assets and enhance the company’s focus on its defence business.
