Valentine Rugwabiza

Valentine Rugwabiza is a prominent diplomat and the Special Representative of the United Nations Secretary-General for the Central African Republic, as well as the head of the United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA).
