Valeriy Vivcharyuk

Valeriy Vivcharyuk is a Ukrainian war veteran who served as a sniper in the Special Operations Forces during the conflict in Ukraine. He is currently the head of the regional office for veteran affairs in Chernivtsi and was at the center of a recent controversy involving Alona Atamanyuk, who allegedly refused to sit beside him during an official meeting.
