Vanessa Britos is a prominent figure in the Uruguayan tropical music scene, known for her powerful voice and dynamic performances. She began her career in the Carnaval de las Promesas, where she was recognized as one of the best talents trained by Marta Leiva. Britos made her official debut in the major Carnaval in 2009, performing in the acclaimed revue Madame Gótica. She later became the lead vocalist for Grupo Antillano before launching her successful solo career. Outside of her music, Britos is the partner of footballer Nicolás De La Cruz and is a devoted mother to their two daughters.
