Vani Rajendran

Vani Rajendran is a researcher at the Institute of Cellular Physiology at UNAM, known for her work on neuroplasticity and its relationship with music and art. Recently, she initiated the project 'Afinado', aimed at exploring how musical and pictorial learning can benefit brain health in aging adults. Rajendran, who is also a clarinetist, received the IBRO Rising Stars award for young neuroscientists, highlighting her contributions to the field.
